Seven 4 Para has several years of combined experience instructing law enforcement, military, armed professionals and responsible civilians.  Our staff takes great pride in our unique teaching methods while designing each course specifically for our students.  Along with exceptional instruction and training, Seven 4 Para offers a wide range of tactical gear and equipment.

Instructors

Art Javier


Art Javier spent 8 years with the United States Army (SRT and Airborne) and is a Gulf War veteran.  Art spent several years after his military carrier training various police departments, SWAT teams and specialized military units from around the world.  He received 14 different parachute wings from US and foreign countries including: Royal combodian, Royal Thai Air Force, Royal Thai Army, Philipine Army, Singapore Royal Commando, Czech Army, Polish Army and SEK.

Scott Burkett

Officer Scott Burkett is a 15 year police veteran.  In 2008, he was the recipient of the Medal of Valor, the department’s most pristigious award.  He holds the Distinguished Expert shooting medal, the department’s highest medal for shooting, received numerous commendations throughout his carreer,  and also received the Athlete of the Year award in 2009.

Eloy Way


Specializing in combat and defense based pistol shooting, Eloy has spent the last few years training police and law enforcement personnel from around the country.  Eloy has several instructor certifications from numerous academies and organizations including use of force and patrol pistol.  He is the director at Seven 4 Para, serves as a volunteer with the Los Angeles Police Department and is a private security operator.  Students include members of US Army, US Marines, US Navy, LAPD, LASD, LPD, MPD, CPD, GPD, US Army Rangers, US HMX and more.
